Mental Performance for Runners Program
What is the program?
A 6-week virtual, self-led program created to help you build lasting mental strength as a runner.
Each week explores a fresh topic chosen specifically for distance runners. Topics will include: getting you out the door by managing your time and motivation, goal setting, perceived effort and enjoying the run, rest day relaxation, managing the negative thoughts, and growing confidence. To support your progress as we go along, you will receive a clear information page, a short video, and a practical worksheet to guide you through the material at your own pace.
You’ll also get one 30-minute 1-on-1 virtual session with Certified Mental Performance Consultant, Kiera Wortley.

The full 6-week program is $130. Additional 1-on-1 sessions can be added if you’d like more personalized support.
